CLASS SCHEDULE

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Sometimes referred to as “hot yoga,” Beginner yoga is a 90 minute class held in a heated space (between 100 and 105°F) to relax the muscles, increase flexibility and detoxify the body. The consistent sequence of the 26 poses practiced focus on the spine, but optimally works all the muscles, ligaments and tendons in the body. Most students find their first hot class very challenging. However after a few classes, the body becomes accustomed to the heat and practice becomes addictively enjoyable. No previous experience necessary.
Power Vinyasa
Teachers will show intermediate postures. The sequence flows, one posture to the next. Music is usually played and class may change from teacher to teacher. Beginners are still welcome, modify poses as needed. We'll help you find an easier way.

[ 60 min (11:30 am) & 75 min (7:15 pm) class length]
Audio Conrad is a pre-recorded class from our owner, Conrad G. Instructions are given over the sound system with our newly renovated system to deliver clear instructions, little distraction and perfect for someone who knows the routine. You can practice with little pressure to keep up or stay in poses. If you need to leave early, that's ok, too. Work at your own pace and watch others if you need help.

Assisted Audio
Trained assistant demonstrating and helping students as we Play Audio Conrad. This allows a constant flow of instruction to keep you in the zone while also allowing us to work with students who need some more help.

It's like having 2 teachers in the room!

Workshops are scheduled on select Saturdays, 1 pm - 2:30 usually focusing Yoga Basics. Learn ways to approach the posture and get the most out of your everyday class. Once you get the basics, you can get in the flow and have a great experience!

Buti Fitness every Friday Night
BUTI Fitness is an innovative group fitness class that fuses yoga, plyometrics and dance. It is a cardio workout set to the tone of today’s popular music and inspired by dance moves from various genres. It’s creative and feminine movement is a fun way to release tension, while building strength and endurance. This class will get your heart rate up and your divine feminine energy flowing. 60 minutes of BUTI Fitness will tone your legs, open your hips, strengthen your core, and leave you feeling energized and BUTI-licious!!!
